In the late 70s and 80s, Thermo ventured for expansion and began importing products from Europe and South East Asia to become the sole distributor of Refrigerants and Insulation in the Philippines. Over the years as... business grew further, THERMO constructed its first company owned 4-Story building as its main headquarters, strategically located in the Central Business District of Makati, further strengthening their presence and reputation in the Engineering community. In the 1990s as business accelerated, the company invested into the computerization of their sales, accounting, and warehousing departments to cope up with the pace of its growing business. Since then, THERMO have continually upgraded their systems to keep up with their unending corporate changes. THERMO increased its product lines such as Copper products, Polyol blends, MDI, Fiberglass insulations, Tapes, Adhesives, and others. Business even grew further and the company had an urgency to occupy a much larger property to accomodate its growth. In the year 2000, the company acquired and moved to their current office in Santolan, Pasig City. In a need to further improve their company for the ever growing concerns for the environment, THERMO underwent both ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and 9001 (Quality Management System) trainings & successfully been awarded both certifications in 2005. THERMO is constantly expanding and improving for the changes of time and for the demands and needs of the market. The company recently acquired a property lot and building next door to accomodate its expansion.
