In 1998, Thermic turned its expertise to developing a new range of compact water tube boilers that were both energy and fuel efficient. To be known as the TS series and TW series, they were available in varying capacities as well as either being vertical or horizontal in design. In 1999, Thermic designed and manufactured a TOH series of Thermal Oil Heater, which uses diesel or gas to heat gold eluate for Mining Industries. Since its formation, Thermic has been heavily committed to an ongoing programme of research and development in boilers, autoclaves, pressure vessels, thermal oil heaters and combustion equipment. In addition, Thermic has appointed and trained agents with service facilities in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Although Australian owned, Thermic has achieved the status of a multi-national and is continuing its expansion into overseas markets.
