The Yoga Tree

This informative and fun workshop will give you the tools and knowledge to feel confident attending a yoga class. Space is limited so book soon ! The Yoga Tree offers classes for all levels of students. Whether you are new to yoga or a long time practitioner we strive to help our students reach their fullest potential. Our goal is to make yoga fun... and accessible to everyone. Restore the mind and body in this gentle class. You will move slowly through poses, gently stretching, improving strength and flexibility. Students will end class with a luxurious final relaxation. A slower, more 'gentle' paced flow class connecting breath and movement with longer held poses. This is an all level class and a nice introduction for students new to a flow style yoga practice. A classic Vinyasa style class linking breath and movement as you 'flow' in and out of poses. Teachers will give detailed instructions suitable for the beginner and offer variations for students that would like to explore a new edge. Building on our flow class you'll have ten more minutes to be challenged with advanced postures, flows, arm balances and inversions. Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga postures with weighted sequences. Plus, cardio bursts, core work and strength moves set to lively music will increase your heart rate and 'sculpt' your muscles. This intense flow class moves at a quicker pace. You will improve strength, stamina and flexibility. Think of this as 'cardio yoga'. Be prepared to work hard and have fun!
