The Willink School

The Willink School is a comprehensive school ideally located in the English county of Berkshire, near Reading and only 60 miles away from London, a 30 minutes ride by train. Our school is generally oversubscribed and very popular with local students as we are a Language college with a great focus on Modern Foreign Languages. We are also using the t... arget language in our lesson and we have regular visits from other partner school observing outstanding practice. We are always looking for Foreign Language assistants for our 4 languages that we teach, Spanish, French, German and Mandarin. If you are interested, we would be very happy to send you an internship offer : The internship entails :- A 3 to 6 month work experience with us at The Willink school . We are very flexible and you could join us in late 2020 or later in 2021 if you wished and have longer stay if required.- The opportunity to have flexible hours, although the school day is generally from 9am to 3pm.- The opportunity to be working with professional teachers and helping with the language content in lesson.- The support of a mentor who can help with guidance and general support.- Working with 6 formers in small groups or one to one sessions.- The opportunity to take part in extra curricular activities and to run clubs.
