Erika Roland began fundraising in 1995 and believes it is her divine calling. During her time at Wheaton College, she felt called to full-time Christian ministry and immediately after graduating began raising money so she could become a missionary teaching English at a University in East Asia. She has raised millions for dollars for new buildings,... renovations, debt retirement, stewardship and annual campaigns to help churches, schools and charities better fulfill their mission. To better do God's work, she returned to school and completed her MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis in 2016. Erika is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She manages campaigns from start to finish with integrity, grace and professionalism. Despite her lifelong pursuit of a warmer climate, she lives in Bloomington, Minnesota with her husband and two children just three miles from where she grew up. Pastor Glen has had more than 25 years of experience working with churches and hospitals as a pastor, interim pastor, chaplain and consultant in many different denominations. In 2018, as an interim pastor, Glen worked with The WellSpring Group on a stewardship campaign. Pledges increased by 19% which enabled the church to move from a part-time to a full-time pastor. He enjoys working with churches to show them how to overcome challenges and grow to a new level. A native of Owatonna, Minnesota, his hobbies include weight lifting, working on cars, lathe work and playing piano.
