The Wellness Spa was born out of the heart of a child who wanted people to feel better, not to stumble when they walked and not to have pain that made them cry. As I grew up, my passion to help others was channeled into researching the "why's" what caused these problems for countless people and the "how's" to help bring them "wellness." After several years of understudy and formal massage training, I started my practice. In 1995 Positive Directions Wellness Center was opened on Holland's north side. In 2008, a second and expanded location opened in Hamilton. Twenty plus years of dreaming, planning and research was coming together in one location. The Holland office closed a few months later. The Fall of 2007 brought a shift and The Wellness Spa was created and designed wtih you in mind in Hamilton.
