Our technique ensures your service will be quick, gentle, and sanitary. No double dipping allowed here! We use wax specifically formulated for sensitive skin. It is our goal not only to provide you with the mos... t thorough waxing, but to alleviate the anxiety and discomfort often associated with this service in a clean & comfortable environment. We understand how unnerving this can be for you, but trust us, we do this all day long! To us, it is just skin and hair. So please don't feel embarrassed, we will do our best to put you at ease. The Wax Room provides a full range of waxing services for both men and women. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be fair to all clients, the following policies are in effect. 24 hr notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill that time. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment. No Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged 100% of scheduled services. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or in some cases rescheduled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
