The Wallen Group is a California general partnership founded in 1997. Previously located in Canoga Park, CA the group is now located in Valley Center, an area of North San Diego county. President and general partner David Neibert together with his wife Moira entered into private consulting practice after years of corporate employment. David was Pre... sident of a public reporting company building and operating a specialized mobile radio network as well as overseeing a national sales and distribution channel. With over 400 employees, full P&L responsibility, SEC compliance, equity based funding rounds plus mergers and acquisitions, David brings valuable experience in growing, maintaining and realizing shareholder value for Wallen Group clients. Moira utilizes her Bachelors Degree in accounting to provide comprehensive bookkeeping services to small and mid-sized companies as well as to individuals. With a California Tax Preparers certification she is licensed and bonded to complete and file individual and corporate tax returns, employee payroll reports, sales tax reports and other tax agency compliance forms. She currently serves as Controller for several of her corporate clients and in her community service she is Treasurer of the local school system TPC and the county library.
