The Vortex Group, LLC ("Vortex") is a commercial real estate company specializing exclusively in tenant representation. Established in late 2002 by a small group of seasoned professionals, the sole purpose of the company is to advise tenants with all aspects of their office space requirements. Vortex's Founding Partners, Rick Marek and Scott Grayso... n each have more than thirty years of experience in the Manhattan office space marketplace. Our Manhattan headquarters are located at 570 Lexington Avenue (at 51st Street). The entire focus of the company is to assist tenants with their office space requirements. We accept no landlord assignments to eliminate conflicting loyalties. Preferring to avoid conflicting allegiances to landlords, the company does not manage property, nor does it have any residential, industrial, or agency departments. Vortex's professionals become involved on a daily basis with a specific tenant's office space situation, providing analytical and negotiation skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the marketplace.
