The Tree Surgeon

Jeremy and the Crew were absolutely incredible! Polite and Professional. Had a tree after a big wind storm I was worried about called for a consultation (mind you I live 2 HOURS away in Centre Hall PA) after a picture and a quick video chat. Jeremy came all the way here to brace the tree and save my house, while the team got all the tools and equip... ment needed for the 2 hour trip to me and job that followed. They STILL knocked it out in 1 day! There are no words for this kind of customer service. HIGHLY recommend! I called 3 tree services for estimates to remove a 50 to 80 year old pine tree. I left messages with two and the third was "The Tree Surgeon". Jeremy answered the phone and responded that same day with an estimate. When the Crew arrived as scheduled they were uniformed and professional in appearance and work ethic. I have taught OSHA safety programs as well as customer service for many years. I make it a point to observe work crews and their safety habits and how they work together as a team. The Tree Surgeon Crew appeared to be well trained and a safe and efficient team. Pricing was at or below market for the work done. The job was completed on time and the yard was left in pristine condition. I highly recommend The Tree Surgeon for any of your needed tree service.
