Based in Poole, you will be responsible for the nationwide recruitment of students wishing to become Personal Trainers. There is no cold calling required as you will only be dealing with warm leads. You need to be able to build rapport over the phone, have a positive attitude and to be able to work as part of a team as well as using your own initiative.
