The Strike Zone

Heading into our 17th year, The Strike Zone has been providing Worcester with the only indoor baseball and softball training facility. Boasting over 10,000 square feet of space, The Strike Zone has 8 retractable cage tunnels, pitching mounds, Hack Attack and Spinball machines, radar guns and HitTrax available to help meet your training goals. Wheth... er your'e alone or with a team, we want you to be able to work on your game and have fun at the same time. That's why at the Strike Zone you'll find our courteous staff is here to help you every step of the way whether your training or hitting softballs for exercise. The Strike Zone also has a full staff of instructors for hitting, pitching, catching and fielding specialties. Many of our instructors are current college coaches, manage our Zone Select teams and all continue their own education by taking various clinics with Pro's from around the country and learning from each other. For those wishing to play a more competitive game than their local recreation leagues can provide, The Zone Select program may be for you. With teams in age groups from 9-17, the Zone Select is a travel based program playing a schedule against other programs from around New England.
