The company's experience spans over 20 years and ranges from the structural design and analysis of reinforced concrete and steel buildings to restoration rehabilitation proj... ects of high-rise buildings to townhouse condominium complexes. We specialize in concrete structure and building envelope rehabilitation including building cladding systems, balcony structures, roofing systems and restoration of underground parking garages. Our goal is to provide our clients optimal engineering solutions to building deterioration problems. We prepare extensive Condition Survey Reports which fully detail the nature of the structural/building envelope problem and present repair alternatives available to the property management/owner. We also prepare pre-purchase inspections of office, commercial and rental apartment buildings. In addition to the above, we also prepare Performance Audits for newly registered condominiums and Technical Audits for non-profit and subsidised housing. We also prepare Reserve Fund Studies and long term maintenance programs for Residential and Commercial Condominiums.
