The Solution Associates, Inc. (TSA) was founded in 1987 to provide different ways to solve small to mid-size business customers' technology challenges. Our mission is to help businesses utilize technology profitably and efficiently. We accomplish this through a three-phase process - analysis, design, and implementation. During the analysis process... we focus on your business' needs. Our consultants find the underlying opportunity for improvement and look at the situation as would a partner in the company. We constantly insure that the solution has a significant and real return on investment. We obtain productivity gains, increased sales, decreased costs and look for locked-up working capital. Our design phase is a partnership. We create a proof of concept or test version of the solution for our client's review.
