THE SITE GROUP is a civil design and land planning firm that traces its roots back through 40 years in the triangle. In the 1970's multidisciplinary firm Envirotek added a site development section to provide complete development solutions for the rapidly expanding triangle region. Through mergers and ownership changes Envirotek became Integrated De... sign. In 2010 what was once the Envirotek, and later Integrated Design, "site group" spun off to become an independent company, THE SITE GROUP. Both principals are former Envirotek employees, still at work in the same location at 1111 Oberlin Road. Through our history working as a part of one of the oldest design firms in the Triangle we've gained experience with local jurisdictions that enable us to wade through the entanglements of local codes, ordinances, and the nuances of planning that often slow down or even derail a project. In forming an independent company we've added flexibility to adapt to the changes currently affecting the development community. THE SITE GROUP's focus is on providing the highest quality of services at the best value to our clients. Our reputation is for getting difficult projects done and for fighting to make sure our client's interests are protected. At THE SITE GROUP we watch the details to make sure that when it's time to close out a project there are no lingering issues that need attention.
