Hello! We're The Ship Inn. If we haven't met you before, we're a friendly family-run pub in the beautiful Meads village in Eastbourne. We've run The Ship Inn since 2002, but the pub has been part of the villiage since 1600 (although the original building was a little bit down our road) so you can say we're a proper pub! We serve delicious home-made... pub food every day of the week and our traditional pub menu includes locally sourced ingredients, daily specials, tasty steaks, homemade burgers, epic roast dinners and full-english breakfasts at weekends. plus daily specials, breakfasts and epic Sunday roasts. We've got an excellent selection on our bar, including loads of unusual gins and a selection of local beers and ales on draft, including famous local ale Harveys. We're a big spacious building with a sun-trap garden out the back. There's also plenty of space so you can also book a party with us in a dedicated area of the pub with a tailored sit-down menu or buffet. Our beautiful and light conservatory is a perfect space for parties or weddings. If you're interested, just give us a call. And don't miss our pub quiz on Sundays starting at 8.30pm.
