On the basis of this principle, the Group is formed from a multi-disciplinary consultancy, providing architectural, civil, structural, geo-environmental, project management and Principal Designer services, all under one roof. This multi-disciplinary approach enables maximum efficiency and design-led innovation during all stages of a project, delivering the optimal solution. Priding ourselves on our ability and performance, we ensure that either a Director, Associate Director or Associate of the company personally oversees the management and design co-ordination. We work collectively on all projects to provide tailored solutions for the client and end users. We are members of a number of SSIP's (Safety Schemes in Procurement) and we are ISO9001 accredited, and therefore the Shadbolt Group has been pre-assessed for competency and quality by a professionally recognised, independent, specialist assessor. Our design team prides itself with being at the forefront of technology and innovation. Each department has adopted Autodesk's BIM range of software, with a number of staff trained to Autodesk's 'Certified Professional' status.
