About The Root Connection
The Root Connection is Washington State's first CSA farm. Since 1987, we have been growing local, chemical-free food for the community at our 20-acre site in the Sammamish Valley between Woodinville and Redmond. For those 30 years, we have offered our members the best of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Most of our members pick up their produce right here at the farm. Our harvest season is 21 weeks from June through October. Members can pick up their vegetables within just hours of when they are picked from the ground! This means that you are getting the highest quality produce possible, with superior flavor, texture, and nutrition. In addition to farm pick-up in Redmond, we have drop sites in Seattle and Lynnwood. One of the biggest benefits of joining the Root Connection is that in addition to your weekly share, members can "U-pick" dozens of types of greens, herbs, and flowers for free!
