The Ridge HOA

The 2014 Annual Ridge HOA meeting was held at the FW Community Center on Tuesday, March 25th. A quorum of homeowners was present and three association members, Jodie Danielson, Rob Graf & Bruce Kannenburg, were elected to the Board of Directors. Presentations included a review of the past year's accomplishments, the financial statements & budget, c... apital needs and priorities, paving & curbing of Ridge-owned roadways, lighting developments and the Safe Cities program. The floor was opened and the issue of highest interest centered on holding homeowners (including homes being held by banks, etc.) accountable for maintaining their houses in an appropriate fashion. The new Board committed to continue and strengthen its focus on that issue. The meeting concluded with a profound Thank You to outgoing Board Member and President Jack Stanford, for his two-plus years of outstanding and visionary leadership to the Ridge. The newly formed Board elected its officers: Rob Graf - President; Roger Hughes - Vice President; Jodie Danielson - Treasurer; Peggy Bolf - Secretary; Ned Teodorovic - At Large; Ray Viola - At Large & Bruce Kannenberg - At Large.
