The mission of the organization is to cultivate and educate the unemployed and under employed of various disadvantaged and specialized populations utilizing a holistic approach. TRN specializes in recruitment, comprehensive assessment and evaluation, realistic occupati... onal career planning, goal-setting, employment preparation, placement and job retention. For over sixteen years, the organization has provided workplace readiness through career planning matched with educational training programs tied to employability profiles and skills of our participants. In addition, TRN provides occupational, entrepreneurial, job placement, adult and youth basic literacy skills training, GED preparation, English as a Second Language (ESL) training, occupational & vocational training, and assessment & testing, and counseling services to diversified populations and employers.
