The Renova Group is owned and operated by Heather Martillo. Formed in 2000, The Renova Group provides accounting and corporate financial consulting and support for small- to medium-sized businesses. Before forming The Renova Group, Ms. Martillo served as the operations manager at an international software development and retailing firm. She had oversight of 10 employees and was responsible for the annual corporate budget, monthly financial statement reporting and analysis, monthly/annual reconciliation and maintenance of accounting system, and annual corporate audit and tax preparation through KPMG. Among other experience, Ms. Martillo was the controller at a full service transport firm, responsible for the management of software systems, cash flow requirements, budgets and variances, negotiation of multi-currency settlements, monthly reconciliation and financial statement reporting. Ms. Martillo received her MBA from Loyola Marymount University with a specialty in finance and international business.
