About The Rav
RAV Investigative & Security Services was founded in 1980 by Ron Allen. Mr. Allen continues to be involved in the daily operation of RAV as the President and CEO at RAV's corporate headquarters in New York. RAV currently has five offices in Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Florida. In addition, we are licensed in California. We maintain trained and licensed personnel in all of our branch offices. Our regional and district managers are fully trained at our corporate headquarters before starting their assignments. We also have monthly meetings to discuss any changes, new policies and procedures, and to evaluate the performance of each branch compared with our company objectives. This is also a time that each office has to submit their individual operating plans for the future.
