The Property Project is a social enterprise with a conscious. We are a real estate company the likes no one has seen before. Created in 2017 with a view to giving back and helping the less fortunate all the while redefining the term 'customer service'. While many companies say they value customer service, with The Property Project it remains entren... ched within our DNA. We were created in a time when homelessness is at its worst in decades and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We let our actions speak volumes and shy away from rhetoric, like they say 'actions speak louder than words'. Our co-founder Lee Hitchcock has created a unique enterprise that flies in the face of traditional real estate practices. Her caring, gentle nature and business mindedness places her in rare company. She is a visionary and places her clients expectations above all else. Having been in the profession since 2005, Lee has amassed a wealth of experience and has vowed to use that experience coupled with her recent involvement with the Doorways Homeless assistance program to create a mutually beneficial enterprise aimed at making a difference. However, it doesn't start and finish with Lee. So, this is where you come in, we promise to redirect profits from the enterprise back to assisting the Homeless of Perth. For every home we lease we together as a society with a conscience will make a difference. Our promise to you is to provide a service like no other and our promise to the homeless is to increase the quality of their lives.
