About The Printing House
...when The Printing House Ltd was founded by Derek Springthorpe and Martyn Winstanley. In our humble beginnings we supplied print services using just one 2-colour press and one single-colour press. By 1991, we had moved to our existing purpose-built premises in Crewe and were running 5-colour presses. Martyn took the reins in 2003 when Derek retired and by 2005 digital print had further expanded our capabilities. When Martyn retired in 2008, Peter Harrison and Paul Springthorpe bought the company, bringing with them a wealth of industry experience and were adding many other services to the Printing House portfolio including large format print for stunning banners and exhibition displays and DTG printing for garments such as t-shirts and workwear. This year former Pre-Press manager Richard Sproson became joint MD, heading up the company's hugely successful Vectorbomb printed clothing brand (now the largest seller of 'funny t-shirts' on eBay).
