About The Pilates Studio
At 65 I thought back pain was something I would have to learn to live with as a normal part of aging. I had tried physical therapy and back exercises with little relief. Since joining the The Pilates Studio two years ago I have been pain free, stronger and more physically active. The instructors at the studio are knowledgeable, encouraging and fun. It has been the best thing I have done for myself in retirement. Pilates empowers me and helps me feel stronger in my aging body. It gives me confidence and acceptance of my abilities in other areas of my life. The Pilates Studio has the most encouraging, accepting and non-judgmental atmosphere. The trainers Heather Froh and Heather Happel are truly high level, experienced experts. They help and support clients to achieve their goals and become the best they can be.
