The Phoenix Pastificio, also known as Phoenix Pasta, makes fresh organic sheet pasta, cut pasta, and eggless extruded pasta, spaghetti & bucatini, and handmade ravioli with various flavors. Pasta cuts include Pappardelle, Fettucine, Linguine, and Angel Hair. Sheet pasta has 5 different thickness. The pasta sauces use fresh and organic ingredients.... Baked goods include Rustic Olive Bread with whole Kalamata olives, organic pastries, i.e. Belgian Danish, Almond Macaroons, Pecan Chewies, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Biscotti, Peanut Butter Cookie, chocolate macaroons, vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Black Bottom Cup Cakes,etc..
