I spent five years helping Riviera Partners build their East Coast Executive recruiting practice, where I had the opportunity to work with some of the most inspiring founders, CEO's, technologists, investors and recruiters from Silicon Valley to NYC. Prior to Riviera Partners, I led a boutique recruiting agency that also focused on recruiting engineers and product leaders and became a Certified Coach in 2020. Hosting the Beyond Salons, serving as a founding member of Riviera Partners DE&I committee, and now consulting with the AllRaise Board Xcelerate program has allowed me to work towards a more gender equitable tech ecosystem. I'm the lucky mother of two amazing teenage daughters and a proud New Yorker, born and raised in Queens, NY.
