The Orchard Partnership is committed to improving patient access to our services on line. We already offer the facility to request appointments and repeat prescriptions, and provide patient access to their Summary Information on line. We are at present working towards providing patients with online access to a more detailed health record. If you ha... ven't already obtained access to this facility, please contact the surgery, verification must be brought in by the person requesting online access. We cannot issue a log-on, on someone else's behalf. You will be required to provide photo identification and a proof of current address. Parents may request on behalf of their children until their 15th birthday, after this date, their account will be suspended pending revalidation by the patient themselves. Patients that have a log in and password for repeat medication will automatically have access to this facility. In addition to the above, we are now able to provide seamless transfer of patient records between practices using the GP2GP facility.
