The Olympic Collectio... n since 1991 has provided off-site catering for the clients of many of the fine hotels, including The Park Hyatt in Century City, The Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel, The Beverly Hills Hotel, The Beverly Hilton, The Omni Hotel, The Los Angeles Biltmore, The Century Plaza Hotel , and others. The Olympic Collection has also been entrusted to cater many illustrious events - for example, we've catered two events for President Clinton, the most recent, a reception on April 2000. And also a more recent brunch for Vice President Gore. For the West L.A. Chamber of Commerce, of which we have been members for 9 years, we hosted an August luncheon for Senator Dianne Feinstein for 300 guests and previously Senator Barbara Boxer for 630 guests and U.S. Rep. Tom Campbell for 300. Locally, we have held several events for Mayor Richard Riordan. Our list of celebrity and studio clients is numerous.
