The Milk Factory

We are a family business and because of this we like to work with as many companies as possible who are also small family companies. We provide milk and dairy products to a range of businesses across the UK including children's nurseries, care homes, private hospitals, cafes etc. Our ethos is simple. We look to forge long lasting partnerships with... our suppliers and assist in reducing the "dairy carbon footprint" As we increase our business across the UK we will use our wide knowledge of existing dairy companies to build partnerships with dairies local to our customer base for deliveries. This ensures large companies are not travelling long distances to service customers who in times of bad weather or logistical issues are let down with non- delivery. It also ensures jobs are kept at a local level. We are keen to do our part by working closely with our suppliers to ensure they receive a fair price for their milk which price is then able to be reciprocated to the farmers. This does have a big impact on our margins and yearly profits. However we recognise the fact that without hardworking British dairy farmers and the family dairy companies we work with, we would not be in business. We are very flexible as a company and tailor our services to suit individual customers. Many of our existing customers have had a trial period with us and have been so pleased with the service received they have stayed with us. We also have a customer loyalty scheme where we provide vouchers once a year to give some of our profit back. We choose not to be greedy. We make smaller profits but know as a company we are being true to our roots and adhering to the reasons we started our business.
