The Mediation Shop

As owner and director of the Mediation Shop, Alyson has been practicing mediation since 2002. She is an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation providing both Family Relations and Financial Mediation. Through Blue Hills Child and Family Centre, Alyson provides off-site mediation services for the Newmarket Family... Court where she is also a presenter of the mandatory information program - a prerequisite for all parties commencing family court proceedings. Alyson joined the Ontario Child Protection Mediation Roster in 2007. Since then she has been providing child protection mediation services to: Family, Youth and Children's Services of Muskoka, Family and Children's Services of the Waterloo Region, York Region Children's Aid Society, The Children's Aid Society of the County of Simcoe and Peel Children's Aid Society. In 2009, Alyson joined the Ontario Family Group Conferencing Coordinator Roster and facilities FGCs for the Children's Aid Societies in Toronto, Peel, York Region and Muskoka.
