The renovation of the master bathroom in particular was challenging, involving the installation of a traditional Japanese bath and a unique Japanese woven cedar ceiling. The Maple Ridge Group executed this complex and difficult project perfectly and with such fidelity to the design concept that it was even featured on the main Japanese television morning show! The workmanship and attention to detail were simply outstanding. Overall, the project team was creative and collaborative at every stage of the project. They listened to the homeowner's needs and offered inventive solutions to both budget and construction concerns throughout the project. They developed and reviewed a detailed budget estimate at the outset of the project, then gave regular budget and schedule updates. They took both time and budget objectives very seriously. During much of the project, I was not living in the Charlottesville area, so I had to place a great deal of faith in the project team to operate with total integrity and to identify correctly which decisions required my involvement. They far exceeded my expectation and they earned my trust. The Maple Ridge Group delivered a great project at a good value.
