About The Links
The Tampa (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is an award-winning, not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching and sustaining the culture and economic survival of African Americans and people of African ancestry. Established in 1946, it is one of the oldest and largest volunteer service organizations in the nation, with a membership of over 60 distinguished leaders in various professions. The chapter focuses on five key areas: Services to Youth, The Arts, National Trends and Services, International Trends and Services, and Health and Human Services, contributing thousands of service hours and financial support to the community.
