The Learning Tree only started to take off in 2011, when the co-founder Jean-Pierre Ras, and current CEO of Learning Tree Global, and RAS Digital Marketing, decided to join The Learning Tree Project. As the business started to grow, behavioural specialist, Lize-Mari Ras, also joined the business. She brought a different skill-set to the table, in the form of her expertise in clinical and industrial psychology. Making her the mastermind behind The Learning Trees (learning) Platform, specialising in how people interact and learn from each other online.
