Hi, we are Sue and Armando. Every endeavor starts with a vision and ours took place while at an Arts Fair. We were mesmerized by the pizzas coming out of a blazing fire inside a dome made out something that looked like stucco. Two years later, after lots of reading, mentoring by some very generous people and jumping through a bunch of bureaucratic... hoops, our vision is now a reality. After a good friend built us our unique wood-fired mobile pizza oven, we now create our pies fresh and hot at all varieties of events. With our specialty oven, we have three major goals: to earn a simple living while making delicious fresh pizza, to provide a friendly and engaging food experience, and last but not least to have as much fun as possible!
