The King's Fellowship

We welcome all to our worship service at 10:30 on Sunday mornings. What can you expect when you visit Kings? As our congregation comes from diverse Christian backgrounds, youll notice many of us are exuberant, outwardly passionate worshippers. But you will also find that many of us prefer to worship quietly. We hope that you will feel able to worsh... ip in any way you feel comfortable. Sometimes we are scripted and sometimes spontaneous. We are also rather unpolished in our approach to worship. We dont wish to be passive spectators, but active participants! We have different worship teams with different qualities, which means that no Sunday is ever the same. Jesus said that Gods house was to be a house of prayer. As worship is a work of the people it is important to us that there is freedom to pray out loud. We practice open prayer during many of our services. Often prayer will be invited by a pastor or worship leader. We love kids, even though they can be noisy and disruptive! Please join us in exercising patience in this regard. Our sanctuary is small, and we like the kids to be with us during worship. That being said, if you are visiting with kids and they are getting squirmy, please know they can play in the back room where there are colouring supplies, or in the side room where there are toys. During the sermon, there is Sunday school downstairs for school-aged kids, and supervised nursery for toddlers. Christian faith is so much more than just a set of doctrines. But doctrines are essential as they describe who God is and how we can experience Him. This is the Kings Fellowship Confession of Faith.
