Kapiwak Pictures is an independent film, television and multi-platform content company founded by Mark Givens. Our official existence began in 2011, but we have been learning the ins and outs of the filmmaking business for many years. Our mission is to develop, produce, and co-finance innovative films that are a bit outside the box of traditional f... ilmmaking. We work in all stages of the film making process, from development through distribution. Our passion for making great films also means we don't like to spend a lot of time in a structured office environment. With that in mind, we made a decision to not invest in traditional office space. We are embracing the internet way of business and believe a brick and mortar headquarters is not necessary in this day and time. With smartphones, laptops, and wi-fi available at so many places, we literally work anywhere and everywhere. Las Vegas may be our home base but our team, clients and friends come from all over the place. Currently, Kapiwak Pictures has several projects in various stages of development, including People, a crowdsourced documentary film. We produce entertainment for all three mediums - television, internet, and the big screen. Kapiwak Pictures is a privately held debt-free company based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
