I am human. Ive experienced loss and success, growth and setbacks. I have lived through uncontrollable chaos and found ways to create structure. Because I have dealt with many of the same things my clients have, my perspective, coupled with a mind that is open to the uniqueness of personal experience, has helped me successfully provide support to o... thers for many years. As a coach, I have helped numerous people solve various puzzles they faced in life. I aim to identify the problem, eliminate or minimize perceived roadblocks, help develop action plans and provide accountability. I simultaneously challenge and support my clients, while always listening with empathy. Over the past two decades, I have approached management and leadership with a rare combination of emotional intelligence and data-driven insights. As a leader, I focus on empathy and collaboration to foster and encourage improvement. While some may see employee training and development as fluffy, I have seen firsthand the impact it can have on business results, from increased employee satisfaction and reduced turnover to significant growth in quality, profits and productivity. Why is it called The Johnston Group? I work with clients to help them achieve their goals, develop emotional intelligence and improve how they live and work together. But a coaching experience with The Johnston Group is not just about me telling you what to do. While I may be the catalyst for change, it is everyones involvement and collective efforts that form The Johnston Group. Each client is an an active participant in the process, and we are in this together.
