Jeremy got his first chance in Sales working at a Car Dealership in St. Albert, Alberta. It was called City Ford and he worked in the Used Car department. "The first car I sold was a Ford Contour. I remember it like it was yesterday. My client was an older couple that was driving an older Ford Tempo (remember those boxes on wheels?...) and they wer... e just in having a service done. I asked them what their plans for the day and they said they had to do some grocery shopping after their service was done. I gave them the keys to the Contour and said have fun. They came back and said we love it and signed the paperwork. Its called 'Relationship Selling'. I have used it with everything I do." I do however require they get a job for a minimum of one year to learn business systems and see how its done in the real world. I learned this from one of my best friends growing up. His Dad was very successful in business and it was an easy in for their sons to just 'in-herit' a company to own and run. That wasn't the case. Dad wanted them to work at McDonalds for a minimum of one year.
