The Incorporation Corporation Limited was formed in 1994 by Keith Neill, a practising Chartered Certified Accountant, who identified a gap in the market for a formation agency which specialised in providing a cost-effective company formation service for fellow professionals. His aim was to keep costs to a minimum whilst maintaining a level of servi... ce, customer care and feedback which was lacking in many of the "budget" formation agencies, and which was obviously vital if those professionals were going to be able to provide a good service to their clients. In particular, he recognised the importance of setting up companies quickly and being able to provide information to accountants about availability of names etc. While they were sitting in a meeting with a client; and of then being able to simply ask for the company to be formed there and then, knowing that having given the instruction it would be acted upon immediately. He also recognised how important it was to accountants to know that documentation would be sent on to them as soon as it was available, rather than being dealt with when staff had some spare time as many agencies do. This philosophy has proved to be very successful, with a broad base of satisfied clients now using us for all their company formation requirements, and this philosophy has now been extended to the company's new venture - domain name registration. Again the aim is simple; to provide a no-frills service to professionals, with value for money and customer service being of the utmost importance.
