Established in 2010. we offer a great selection of16 authentics flavors of mediteranian hummus from our mom traditional hummus receipe ,along comes with a nice veraity of salads like taboule tunisian cucumber salad and much more.... Our food is prepared fresh, daily. We receive our fresh vegetables three days a week from a local purveyor of quality... produce as well as farmers . In order to preserve the freshness of our products, we prepare our food for the same or next day delivery. Our OriginaL hummus is a crowd pleaser. A basic hummus made with generous amounts of quality spices., which gives all Our Hummus a creamy like consistency and a richer flavor than most Hummus available on the market, we are creative and innovative. Some of our innovations, like the Cilantro & Jalapeno Hummus, are now our best sellers. Made from fresh cilantro, jalapeno peppers and other fresh vegetables, the Cilantro & Jalapeno has a natural vivid green color and a unique flavor profile with exotic spices Thousand of year old olive trees that are still producing and donkey driven stone presses turning their fruits into extra virgin olive oil, are just a part of what makes our cuisine an ancient art and good for your heart ;)) The food we prepare and deliver from our kitchen will be of the same quality and freshness as the food we serve our families, children and friends."
