Veda Farming Solutions is young company built from a solid foundation. Davide Verardi, its founder has been dealing with agricultural machineries and technologies since 1970. After completing his technical agricultural studies in Bologna, Italy, he takes his first steps into the agricultural world. He starts off in the heart of the Pianura Padana m... anaging a small family owned farm that produced cereals, hay, milk, and sugar beet. This Italian region was well known for giving birth to the biggest names that changed agriculture throughout the world, such as Landini, Lamborghini, and Same just to name a few. This created a great deal of energy and activity that motivated young Davide to test a variety of new technologies and collaborate with start up machine manufacturers. In the 80's he moves to Tuscany, expanding his knowledge to wineries and hill farming techniques, always promoting new farming methods, revolutionary at the time. The need to expand and explore new horizons, take Davide to Venezuela, where he starts a very important promotional journey for Italian machineries. After 15 years of introducing new techniques and equipment, the company was recognized as the most influential in the country's agriculture. Venezuela's political and economical instability create a need to look for new alternatives, taking Davide to the US in 2003. After a couple of years of research, Veda is born. With a strong conviction that the quality of nutrients and agricultural products is important for the future, Veda begins the construction of the hay dryer. The goal: to introduce to the USA and international markets that this is the only machine that will really allow you to obtain high quality hay.
