Harrison is founder and president of The Harrison Group, LLC, (THG) a human resource consulting firm specializing in organization-wide performance system design and the purposeful alignment of systems that connect people, performance and pay. Since 2011, Mr. Harrison has worked with top educators in Maine and researchers from around the co... untry on a $40 million federally funded school improvement initiative aimed at improving educator effectiveness and student learning. THG's current mission is to continue this work, refining the tools and supporting the success of teachers and leaders in high-needs schools with research-based, value added solutions for optimizing teaching and learning conditions. Mr. Harrison resides in Yarmouth, Maine US with his wife and business partner, Lisa Joaquin.
