Life is an adventure with coaching. Happiness Explorer is the brainchild of Founder Lydia Kimmerling, a master coach who is in her own way, a freedom fighter. She believes that no-one should ever feel trapped by their life. Ever. Trapped in her own happiness waiting game, Lydia placed her happiness at some point in the distant future by saying, Ill be happy when, until realising that this was never enough. Sick of feeling discontent, she made a commitment to explore and find what it means to be truly happy, in the now.
