The Guitar School

We offer beginner guitar lessons to advanced lessons, for all ages. We teach individual as well as family and groups classes. We offer a variety of styles including rock, jazz, classical, metal and pop. The school is run by well-known guitar teacher, Michael Kaplan, who will build on his decade of teaching experience to develop a teaching style, ap... proach, pace and syllabus uniquely suited to your requirements. Should you wish to complete formal syllabi, we can confidently prepare and enter you for a number of internationally accredited examinations. Lessons are offered at the The Guitar School's primary facility in Greenside or online, as well as, at several private schools in Johannesburg. What we offer: Individual and group guitar lessons.
