We package all gifts with great care and do our best to ship them to you in a perfect condition, as fast as we can, so that they arrive (if we're lucky!) before you even expect them. It's extremely important to us that yo... u are always happy with your purchases so if there's even the hint of a problem or a query with something you've ordered, our customer services team will always try and go above and beyond to sort everything out. We have yet to come across a problem we haven't been able to solve. It is our aim to answer all customer queries within 24 hours. Though we have a break on weekends and Public Holidays, it's not unheard of that we contact a concerned customer on a Sunday evening just to keep them in the loop.
