In 2006, the idea of providing school supplies to underprivileged, elementary school children became a reality. Cecil Collins, Founder and CEO, considered the idea because his mother teaches elementary school children. As a result, Collins created the School Supply Giveaway through the help of his fraternity, collecting $250 worth of school supplie... s. Over the course of five years, Cecil single-handedly raised over $ 7,000 for underprivileged children while obtaining a Master Degree at Purdue University.
