About The Formetal
Serving the Southeastern United States Formetal Co and its founder Leonard Howard quickly became known as the company to source cold formed metal framing for both quality and pricing. In 1960 Formetal opened their first warehouse to provide faster deliveries and quick turnaround on specialty orders in the growing South East markets. Continued commercial construction growth allowed Formetal in 1981 to begin manufacturing their own cold formed metal framing products. Today, operating from the company's headquarters in Forest Park, GA the company distribute a complete line of structural and dry wall metal framing and accessories. The company's founder had a vision to provide superior metal framing products with exceptional service direct to the dry wall contractor and this is what Formetal continues to do today.
