About The Edgewater Group
The Edgewater Group was founded by Mark Dinowitz, who has worked in the I.T. recruiting field since 1983. After starting his career with an established Manhattan-based search firm in 1983, Mark joined J.P. Morgan & Co., Inc. in 1987. Mark spent the next 7 years with JPMorgan, where he was responsible for Corporate Technology staffing, managing the firm's I.T. campus recruiting program, and supporting various systems development groups as an HR Generalist. Mark then moved on to Merrill Lynch, where he was the Recruiting Manager for Merrill Lynch Asset Management in Princeton, NJ. In 1997, Mark formed The Edgewater Group, Inc., dedicated to servicing Information Technology professionals with a commitment to the integrity and professionalism that Mark was taught to provide during his corporate HR career.
