Mark is a certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator, MBiT Practitioner, and NLP Practitioner-and is active in the design thinking and service design community in New Zealand. He has trained in futures & foresight with both the Institute for the Future in Palo Alto, and Sohail Inayatullah and Richard Burke at Melbourne Business School.
